Original packaging, including
expanded foam parts, must be
retained.
To avoid damage in transport, the
appliance must be packed securely.
When sending the appliance in, always
add the jug. This is needed to test the
appliance.
The warranty period runs for 2 years
from the date of purchase. The
warranty period is limited to 6 months
if the appliance is used commercially.
More than 3,000 brewing cycles per
year is understood as commercial use.
