Guarantee

Each device is set and all functions are tested prior to delivery.
The guarantee period is 24 months.
Our guarantee covers only defects based on manufacturing faults or material flaws. Guarantee does not apply
to damage incurred during shipment. Guarantee does not include repairs caused by improper use or by
operational wear. Guarantee is voided in the event the device is modified, improperly maintained, or otherwise
altered.

Maintenance and repairs

Please note that the HAVER-RPT may only be repaired, serviced, and inspected according to national
regulations (e.g. according to VBG 4) by authorised electricians as improper repairs may lead to serious
hazards to the user.
If a part of the machine and its associated equipment is replaced or modified, this part has to be
retested according to EN 60 204-1.
We recommend that you contact our Service Dept. concerning any malfunctions of the HAVER rotating
sample reducer.
The HAVER rotating sample reducer should be inspected and serviced at our factory every
two years at the latest.
