Introduction

Do not set up the machine or put it into operation until after you have read the
following Operating Manual thoroughly.
The Operating Manual contains important information on safe, correct, and efficient
machine operation. Using the machine in accordance with these instructions will help to
avoid any dangers, minimize repairs and downtime, improve machine reliability, and to
prolong the service life of the machine.
When operating this machine, it is essential that you observe the general safety
instructions and the regulations for the prevention of accidents as well as the protective
measures recommended by the professional and trade associations, which may vary
depending on country and/or professional association.
Adhere to all safety instructions contained in this operating manual.
The operating instructions must always be available at the place where the
machine is in use.
When operated according to its intended purpose, the design of the machine guarantees
that it can be operated and maintained without risk of injury.
Any damage resulting from non-compliance with the instructions in the Operating
Manual is not covered by the guarantee.
The purpose of all figures and drawings in this Operating Manual is to provide a general overview of
the machine. They are not intended to show details of the design.
The technical specifications and dimensions are without obligation. No claims can be derived based
on these specifications.
We reserve the right to make technical changes resulting from further development of the machine
covered by this operating manual without changing the manual.
All rights to this operating manual, to the attached drawings and other documentation as well as the
power of disposal such as the right to copy and transmit the documents lie with Haver & Boecker,
including applications for protective rights.

Transport

With the exception of the divider core and the hopper, the HAVER RPT is delivered fully assembled.
Unless otherwise agreed, the machine is packed in accordance with the HPE packaging guidelines
laid down by the "Bundesverband Holzmittel, Paletten, Exportverpackungen e.V." (the national
association of wooden instruments, pallets, export packaging) and the "Verein Deutscher
Maschinenbauanstalten" (the society of German engineering shops)
Observe the relevant national and international safety prevention regulations currently in effect.
Damage due to incorrect transportation does not qualify for replacement or entitlement under the
guarantee.
Carry the machine by its base plate and not by the feeder!
