 Connections
 Control
 Cooling unit
 No air circulation
 Ventilation vane
For all servicing operations in the power-source outside the points mentioned above :

FRONT PANEL PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY OFF
GREEN STATUS LIGHT OFF WITHOUT REPORTING ERROR
GREEN STATUS LIGHT OFF AND WIRE FEED SAFETY ERROR
POWER SOURCE "ON" AND NO POWER
POWER SOURCE "ON" AND WATER SAFETY ERROR
POWER SOURCE "ON" AND VENTILATION SAFETY ERROR
CALL IN A SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN
REMEDIES
 check fuse F1
 check that the selected WIRE/GAS pair is valid
 check that no key is being permanently held in
 check fuse F3 on the wire-feed interface board
 check the polarities of the power cable and the earth
lead
 check the presence of the "ON" control if the no-load
voltage is null
 if the cooling unit has already operated, check the
cooling liquid level and the absence of air bubbles in
the circuit
 if it has not operated, check fuse F2 on the wire-feed
interface board
 check that side panels are properly in place
 check the cleanliness of the dust filter
 check the mechanical operation of the ventilation
safety vane behind the filter
 check fuse F1 on the wire-feed interface board
