Safety contact
Differential pressure switch, pressure range 1 to 10 mbar, NC/NO contact, breaking current 5 A 250 VCA or 2 A 30 VDC.
Informs the relay box of sufficient air flow to guarantee the smoke extraction function. It must be set once installation is
complete. This pressure switch is supplied with a pneumatic installation kit including a pressure tap, a mounting bracket and
2 metres of plastic tubing.
The pressure switch may be integrated in the box when the box is located less than 2 m from the fan.
It must be remote if the box is located more than 2 m from the fan.
6.3 - INSULATION TEST
The insulation test performs a comparison between the insulation resistance threshold and the resistance measured
between a motor phase and earth.
This test is only performed continuously in the standby position when the winding is not live (motor shut down).
The decimal point on the display flashes during the test (period 1 s).
The insulation test is disabled for 3 minutes after each reset or after exiting a comfort mode
6.4 - BOX TRACEABILITY LABEL
This is affixed inside the box on the right hand side
6.5 - RELAY BOX MAINTENANCE
NF S 61 933 recommends quarterly tests for relay boxes to ensure that the system is operating correctly.
The box saves the last fault, allowing it to be viewed during a test.
Any electrical or mechanical work carried out on the ORDINYS box that alters the original condition or the
operating principles based on the supplied wiring diagrams
WARRANTY.
The warranty lasts for one year, starting from the date of purchase, and covers all manufacturing defects.
