FIXING THE ABRASIVE PAPER
FOR: MINI626/SL - S.701/SL - S.90/SLP - S.90/SL - O.S.220/SL
• Switch off and disconnect the tool from the mains compressed air supply in order to avoid unvoluntary start of the
machine
• Press the lever to raise the clamp (fig.5). Insert the end of the new abrasive paper in the slot
• Repeat the operation on the other clamp. Ensure that the abrasive paper adheres to the pad.

• Place the abrasive paper on the sanding pad or disc and press down so that the paper adheres to the velcro fixing.
WARNING: On machines fitted with a dust extraction system, check that the abrasive sheet does not cover the extraction
holes in the pad or disc. Covering the holes will block the extraction system.
DUST EXTRACTION
The models MINI 626/SLV, S.701/SLV, S.90/SLP, S.90/SLVP, S.90/SL, S.90/SLV, O.S.220/SL, ORAD115/SL,
ORAD120/SL, ORAD 148/SL, ORAD200/SL are designed to be connected to any dust exhausting systems. To use the
dust extraction function, connect the extraction outlet on the tool to a dust extraction system.
REMOVING THE SANDING DISC
FOR: O.R.121 - ORAD121/SL - ORAD115/SL - ORAD120/SL - ORAD127/SL - ORAD148/SL - ORAD200/SL
To remove the sanding disc (fig.6):
• Pull the tab and raise the rubber cover between the motor body and the disc.
• Using the spanner supplied (mm.24), grip the nut fixing the disc to the motor shaft.
•
Hold the spanner firmly in position (with a bench vice if necessary) and unscrew the disc by turning it anticlockwise.
When you refit the disc, remember to return the rubber cover to its original position.
MONTAGE DU PAPIER ABRASIF

• déconnecter l'alimentation d'air comprimé, pour eviter une mise en marche involontaire de l'outil
• soulever les mors de fixation en appuyant sur les leviers prévus à cet effet (fig.5) et introduire le papier abrasif dans la
fente
• répéter l'opération pour l'autre mors, en veillant à ce que le papier abrasif soit bien adhérent à la plaque.

• déconnecter l'alimentation d'air comprimé, pour eviter une mise en marche involontaire de l'outil
• appliquer le papier abrasif sur la plaque ou le plateau de ponçage en le faisant adhérer au velcro par simple pression.
ATTENTION: Pour garantir le bon fonctionnement du système d'aspiration, dans le cas de machines reliées à un tel
système, la feuille abrasive ne doit pas boucher les trous de la plaque ou du plateau de ponçage.
ASPIRATION
Les modèles MINI 626/SLV, S.701/SLV, S.90/SLP, S.90/SLVP, S.90/SL, S.90/SLV, O.S.220/SL, ORAD115/SL,
ORAD120/SL, ORAD 148/SL, ORAD200/SL sont préconfigurés pour être connectés à n'importe quel système
d'aspiration des poussières. Pour utiliser cette fonction, il suffit de brancher le conduit d'évacuation approprié au système
d'aspiration.
DEMONTAGE DU PLATEAU
POUR: O.R.121 - ORAD121/SL - ORAD115/SL - ORAD120/SL - ORAD127/SL - ORAD148/SL - ORAD200/SL
Pour déposer le plateau il faut (fig.6):
• soulever la gaine en caoutchouc de jonction entre le corps du moteur et le plateau de ponçage, en tirant la languette
prévue à cet effet
• avec la clé fournie (mm.24), bloquer l'écrou de raccord situé entre le plateau de ponçage et l'arbre moteur
• en maintenant la clé bloquée (éventuellement serrée dans un étau d'établi normal), dévisser le plateau de ponçage en
le tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre
Après avoir remonté le plateau de ponçage, replacer la gaine en caoutchouc dans son logement.
