MATERIALS OBER pneumatic tools consist of parts in steel, aluminium, cast iron, rubber and plastic and do not contain substances which damage the environment or are harmful to people. However, the individual materials must be disposed of separately, following the National indications for recycling and handling waste. -

RUMOROSITÀ DELL’UTENSILE La tabella delle caratteristiche tecniche riporta il livello di pressione sonora (e di potenza acustica, nel caso in cui questo superi gli 85 db(A)). Le protezioni per l’udito devono essere utilizzate qualora il livello di pressione sonora in posizione operatore superi gli 85 dB(A) e sono consigliate per valori inferiori a tale soglia. -

TOOL NOISE The table of technical specifications indicates the noise level- where the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A) the noise power is also indicated. Ear protectors must be worn where the noise level exceeds 85 dB (A) at the operator position. We recommend that you also wear ear protectors below this noise level. -

LARMEMISSION DES WERKZEUGS In der Tabelle der Technischen Eigenschaften ist der Schalldruckpegel (bei Überschreiten von 85 dB(A) auch der Schalleistungspegel) angegeben. Das Tragen eines Gehörschutzes ist vorgeschrieben, wenn der Schalldruckpegel am Bedienerstand 85 dB(A) überschreitet, und wird bei Werten unterhalb dieser Grenze empfohlen. Die Gefährdung durch Lärmbelastung hängt nicht allein von der Emissionsstärke an der Quelle ab, sondern auch von der Aussetzungsdauer. - Page 14 LUBRIFICAZIONE. Le smerigliatrici OBER funzionano con lubrificazione. Una adeguata lubrificazione, garantita da lubrificatori a micronebbia, favorisce le prestazioni e la durata dei componenti. Usare soltanto olio speciale per utensili pneumatici (codice OBER 5989902). Usare preferibilmente lubrificatori automatici. La quantità di olio sufficiente è di 1-2 gocce giornaliere.

LUBRICATION. OBER grinders work with lubrication. Proper lubrication, guarantee by mist lubricators, enhances the performance of the components and makes them last longer. Use only special oil for pneumatic tools (OBER code 5989902). We recommend using automatic lubricators. One or two drops of oil a day are sufficient. -

Una lubricación adecuada, efectuada con lubricadores por micronebulización, favorece las prestaciones y la duración de los componentes. WARNING OBER belt sanders, whose performance features are indicated in table 1, are designed for trimming and cleaning where space is limited, or when particular contours have to be followed. REGOLAZIONE DELLA CENTRATURA DEL NASTRO La posizione del nastro abrasivo sul pattino di scorrimento può essere regolata mediante il pomello F: avvitare per spostare il nastro verso destra, svitare per spostare il nastro verso sinistra. Premere la leva a piccoli tratti e regolare la centratura del nastro tramite il pomello F seguendo lo schema (fig.5) • A questo punto SNAP15/00 è pronta per l’utilizzo; ricordiamo che sono disponibili su richiesta i nastri abrasivi adatti alla lavorazione di qualsiasi tipo di materiale (vedi ACCESSORI). -

Qualora l'utensile collegato alla rete aria non si avvii, verificare che la leva di avviamento non sia bloccata, introdurre alcune gocce di nafta nel raccordo di alimentazione aria e tentare nuovamente l'avviamento. ! Questa operazione va eseguita in un ambiente idoneo, predisposto all'aspirazione delle particelle nebulizzate e con tutti gli opportuni dispositivi di protezione individuali: mascherine, guanti, occhiali.
- Page 28 Per questo tipo di intervento e per altri diversi da quelli sopraelencati è consigliabile rivolgersi ai Centri Assistenza autorizzati o direttamente a OBER. Le alette autolubrificanti (a richiesta) contengono PTFE. Osservare le normali precauzioni di salute e sicurezza concernenti il PTFE quando si maneggiano tali alette.

Die selbstschmierenden (auf Anfrage) Lamellen im Gerät enthalten PTFE. Beim Umgang mit diesen Rotorblättern sind die allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsempfehlungen zu befolgen.
