6.1 replacing the remote control battery

6.2 replacing the safety edge transmitter battery

Only use an AA 3V6 lithium battery (Somfy part number 1782078).
AA 1V5 alkaline batteries are not compatible.

Remove and replace the 4 used batteries with 4 CR 2032, 3V type lithium
batteries.

6.3 replacing the integrated light bulb

[1]. Remove the integrated light bulb.
[2]. Replace the E14 - 15W maximum - 230V type bulb
A bulb of the same type as that supplied (E14 - 15W - 230V) must be
used. Using another type of bulb may cause overheating.

6.4 Checking the obstacle detection operation

Every month, check that the door reverses its movement when it encounters an
obstacle which is at least 50 mm high placed on the ground.

6.5 Checking the safety devices (cells)

Check for correct operation every 6 months (see 4.2).
