- Page 17 Plaatsen van de kookplaat Na de verschillende onderdelen uitgepakt te hebben, controleer of het apparaat ongeschonden is. Controleer of de gastype waar de kookplaat op werkt overeen komt met het gastype waar u de kookplaat op wilt aansluiten. Het label met informatie bevind zich aan de onderkant van de kookplaat. - Page 18 Monteren van de kookplaat in het werkvlak Om het lekken van vloeistoffen in het onderliggend meubelstuk te voorkomen, is het apparaat voorzien van een speciale pakking. Om deze pakking aan te brengen, volg aandachtig de volgende instructies: 1) Strek de verzegelingspakking uit langs de opening in het werkblad en zorg dat de verbindingspunten op elkaar komen te liggen (fig.3) 2) Plaats de kookplaat in de ruimte van het meubelstuk 3) Monteer met een schroevendraaier de 4 plaatjes middels de passende schroef (fig.
- Page 19 ELEKTRISCHE AANSLUITING VAN HET APPARAAT: De elektrische aansluiting moet verricht worden met inachtneming van de bestaande normen en wetsbepalingen. Alvorens tot de elektrische aansluiting over te gaan, controleer: - of het elektrisch draagvermogen van de installatie en van het stopcontact passend is bij het maximum vermogen van het apparaat (zie het typeplaatje dat op de onderkant van de kookplaat is geplaatst) - of het stopcontact of de installatie voorzien zijn van een behoorlijke aardverbinding volgens de bestaande normen en wetsbepalingen.
- Page 20 LET OP: Bij vervanging van het voedingssnoer, dient de installateur te zorgen dat de aardgeleider ongeveer 2 cm langer is dan de fasegeleiders en de voorschriften in acht te nemen inzake de elektrische aansluiting. Het smeren van de kranen moet verricht worden uitsluitend door gekwalificeerd personeel van een technische servicedienst.

Bewaar geen gevaarlijke of licht ontvlambare materialen in kastjes boven de kookplaat; bewaar deze in veilige plekken om eventuele gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen.
