Cleaning and Storage

PLEASE NOTE!
■ Do not wash the device!
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These may damage the surfaces.
• Make sure that the warming bottle or the charging station is not connected to the
mains power and the warming bottle has cooled down before they are cleaned
and / or stored away.
• Clean the warming bottle and the charging station with a slightly damp cloth. Then
dry with a dry cloth.
• When storing it away, do not press the warming bottle together too strongly and do
not use any force. It could be damaged.
• Keep the device in its respective packaging in a dry place which is protected from
sunlight and is not accessible to children or animals.

Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!

Possible cause
The device is not supplied
with power.
The temperature sensor
in the warming bottle (3) is
defective.
Solution
• Is the plug (8) positioned in
the connecting socket (6)
correctly? Correct the fi t.
• Is the mains plug inserted
in the plug socket correctly?
Correct the fi t.
• Is the plug socket defective?
Try another socket.
• Has the fuse of the mains
connection been activated?
Insert / replace the fuse.
