Range of use:
40 °C 70% rel. hum. up to 18 °C 55% rel. hum.

The tool is optimised for stripping PE/PA/PVC
insulated fibres from Leoni GmbH. You should
check for proper functioning when using fibre
from other manufacturers.
a Position the POF fibre at the end stop.
b Press tool closed and pull the POF fibre
straight out of the tool.
c Remove the residual stripped material.

Separate the twin lines from the insulation.
Check the stripped fibre areas for damage and
re-strip if necessary.

Use the position/insertion aid to place the plug
in the proper position. The bevels on each of
the connectors must face outwards.
In order to prevent the battery from discharging,
the position/insertion aid should not be placed
next to the plugged-in plug.
LED 1 (green) lights up for about 5 seconds
when the connector is plugged in. If the LED
does not light up, change the battery as de-
scribed in point 16.
LEDs 1 + 2 (green / red) light up when connec-
tor is plugged in.
