IX. DEALER SERVICE & ADJUSTMENT
D. FOOTREST ADJUSTMENTS:
Height Adjustment:
The height adjustment for the footrest consists of one telescoping tube sections
which locks the footrest height.
1. Identify adjustment screw locations (A) on the rear side of the footrest hanger.
2. First loosen the upper screws on each side of the footrest hanger.
3. Slide the footrest up or down to proper height.
4. Tighten the upper screw to 1.7 Nm - 2.26 Nm, (15 - 20 in-lbs), do not overtighten.
5. Repeat procedure using lower screw if additional range is required.
NOTE: Footrest is shown inverted for shortest possible leg length. It can be attached either
way by flipping the footrest for more height or more secure foot placement.
Angle Adjustment
I. The footrest has two screws (B) and (C) that control footrest rotation. Loosen both
screws on each side of the footrest as shown in (figure 30).
2. Adjust the footrest to proper angle.
3. Tighten the adjustment screws to 4.5 Nm - 5.1 Nm, (40 - 45 in-lbs), to maintain proper
footrest angle. (Do not overtighten this hardware against plastic parts).
E. FLOOR TO SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The Voyage Stroller has three floor to seat height positions:
Low: 23" (590 mm), Med: 24.5" (625 mm), and High: 26" (660 mm) See Table 1.0
Floor to Seat Adjustment:
1. Remove all four screws (A), two on each side of stroller.
2. Position the cross bar tilt assembly to the desired height.
3. Re-install the four screws in the proper position indicated in the images to the right.
4. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 75-85 in-lbs (8.5-9.5 Nm).
