CLEANING
Before cleaning the Powersocket disconnect the mains plug.
The Powersocket should only be dusted. Do not use any liquid
cleaners or sprays.
INITIAL OPERATION
Connect the supplied power cord to the Oehlbach Powersocket
907 and insert the mains plug into a wall outlet. The multi-socket
outlet can now be activated via the POWER switch.
The Oehlbach Powersocket 907 is equipped with 4 sockets
that can be switched separately with the GROUP-2 switch. Each
group consists of four sockets, whereby each group is provided
with two unfiltered „analogue" sockets and two filtered „digital"
sockets.
CONNECTING DIGITAL DEVICES
Digital devices can react extremely sensitively to disturbing
pulses and sometimes even produce high-frequency interfering
signals. Therefore, make sure you connect all digital devices (e.g.
DVD/BluRay player, HDD recorder, PC, etc.) to the digital sockets
on the power strip. These sockets are black. Devices connected
to these sockets are protected by an efficient filter against all
disturbing pulses that arrive via the mains supply. This switching
circuit also eliminates interference caused by the connected
devices themselves.
