REPLACE THE BATTERY
When the battery is discharged, the trans-
mitter capacity is significantly reduced and
the symbol appears on the display.
Correct operation of the transmitter is
restored by replacing the battery (see page
4-5 and 6) with one of the same type (see
"TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS"). Ensure
that the correct polarity is observed.

Even if discharged, the batteries can con-
tain pollutant substances and therefore
must NEVER be disposed of in common
waste collection points (see page 6).
