ENGINE ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

1. Remove:
• Rear engine mounting nut
• Front engine mounting nuts
• Washers
NOTE:
Do not remove the engine mounting bolts.
2. Remove:
• Engine assembly
Removal steps:
• Partially pull out the bolt so that the end of the
bolt does not prevent the engine mount spacer
wrench from contacting the engine mounting
bolt spacers.
• Screw in the engine mounting bolt spacers
(front and rear) using the engine mount spacer
wrench 1 so that there is a gap between each
engine mounting bolt spacer 2 and engine
damper 3.
• Remove the engine mounting bolts, and then
remove the engine assembly.

INSTALLATION

NOTE:
After installing all parts, refer to "CABLE ROUT-
ING" in CHAPTER 9, to check the cable, lead and
hose routing.
1. Install:
• Engine assembly
NOTE:
Use the engine mount spacer wrench to tighten the
engine mounting bolt spacers.
Installation steps:
• Install the engine mounting bolt spacers (front
and rear).
• Install the engine assembly and then, install the
rear engine mounting bolt, front engine mount-
ing bolts and washer.
