TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Connect:
• Radiator fan motor relay terminals
(battery side and radiator fan motor side)
1 Jumper lead
2. Check:
• Radiator fan motor operation
3. Disconnect:
• Radiator fan motor relay coupler
4. Connect:
• Radiator fan motor relay coupler terminals
1 Jumper lead
5. Check:
• Radiator fan motor operation

Check the battery and connectors.
Refer to "BATTERY INSPECTION" in CHAPTER
2.

Charge and/or replace the battery.
Refer to "BATTERY INSPECTION" in
CHAPTER 2.
Repair or replace the radiator fan motor.
WARNING
A wire for the jumper lead 1 must have the
equivalent capacity as that of the battery lead or
more, otherwise it may cause the jumper lead to
be burned.
This check is likely to produce sparks, so be
sure that no flammable gas or fluid is in the
vicinity.
