- Page 8 English Install the friction washers, metal washers and mounting nuts. Tighten the mounting nuts by hand. Tighten the tensioning screws. Install the spout, slide bushing and o-ring. Make sure that the slide bushing is oriented cor- rectly. Tighten the spout screw. Lever handle models only: Inspect the alignment of the handles.

Tighten the tensioning screws. Install the quick connect adapters on the valves. Make sure that they are tightened very firmly. Firmly push the diverter assembly onto the adapt- ers, one side at a time.
