Replacing the battery of the GSM Module

The battery of the GSM Module has a limited operating life and
should be replaced after 3 years.

Following this procedure avoids any unnecessary technical
messages. Make sure to follow it.

Disconnect the power supply and battery connector of the
Carephone. Refer to the user manual of the corresponding
Carephone.
Open the cover of the Carephone.
Disconnect the battery of the GSM Module, by unplugging
the cable into the socket as shown above.
Unfasten the Velcro® strip of the battery pack and
exchange the battery.
Plug the cable of the GSM Module's battery and fasten the
battery with the Velcro® strip.
Plug the battery of the Carephone
Close the cover of the Carephone
Plug the power supply into the Carephone.
