1. Package Contents
• 1:4 USB 3.0 hub for ultrabooks, with a power supply unit

2. Safety Notes
• The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
• Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and only use it in
a dry environment.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
• Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the
specifications.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
Warning
• Only connect the product to a socket that has been approved for the
device. The electrical socket must always be easily accessible.
• Do not continue to operate the device if it becomes visibly damaged.
(This is mandatory for all products with 220 V mains connections.)

• Ensure that the total power consumption of all connected terminal
devices does not exceed
2500 mA.
• Bus-powered operation (without power supply unit) USB 2.0 ➞ max.
500 mA / USB 3.0 ➞ max. 900 mA
• Consult the operating instructions or the technical specifications of
the connected devices and your computer.
• It is essential that you observe these specifications and the safety
instructions regarding the power supply of your devices.
3. Getting Started
• Switch on your computer and boot the system.
• Plug the USB hub's power supply unit into a nearby, properly installed
and easily accessible electrical socket. Then connect the connection cable
to the USB hub.
• Connect the hub's included USB cable to the hub and to an available USB
port on your computer. You do not have to install drivers; the computer
will automatically recognise the USB hub.
• If necessary, follow the instructions for your operating system.
• Devices (e.g. smartphone/tablet) that support "USB
BC 1.2" are automatically recognised. Optimised charging current means
that devices are charged faster than on standard USB ports. (The power
supply unit must be connected)
