WarnIngs and
saFety asPeCts:
The Steamer X3 steam cleaner was designed
for dental applications. The instrument must
be operated and used in accordance with the
instructions for use. The manufacturer will not
be responsible for any damage caused by the
inappropriate and improper use of the instrument.
If the intended applications for use are not
mentioned in the manufacturer's instructions,
the user is responsible for determining the
suitability of the instrument prior to its use.
O P e r at I n g I n s t r u C t I O n s
_ do not steam clean any areas or objects that
conduct electricity or any live equipment.
_ never point the jet of steam towards people
or animals.
_ Only use distilled or tap water.
_ do not fill the boiler with chemicals or
other additives.
_ For descaling, use only kalk-x liquid (art.
116811).
_ the tank should be regularly rinsed once a
week, even when using water treatment/
decalcification systems
(salt and/or phosphate based).
_ the instrument is under high pressure when
switched on. never open the safety cap and/
or the drainage screw under these
circumstances.
_ always make sure that the power switch
is OFF and that the instrument is not
pressurized before opening the safety cap
on top of the filler neck.
_ Fill the instrument only when it is cool.
_ never touch the nozzle head when the
instrument is ready for use – risk of burning.
_ WarnIng - never open the drainage screw
when the steamer x3 is pressurized!
All repairs and/or maintenance interventions,
excluding the procedures described in the
"Maintenance" paragraph must be performed by
the manufacturer or by authorized technicians.
