Description of the TV 303

The TV 303 pumping system consists of a pump and a dedicated
controller.
The pump model number is 969-8964 (ISO100 vacuum flange).
The controller model number is 969-8998 (120/220 Vac).

Pump Description

The pump consists of a high frequency motor driving a turbine fitted
with 5 bladed stages and 1 TwisTorr stage. The turbine rotates in an
anticlockwise direction when viewed from the high vacuum flange
end.
The turbine is made of high-strength aluminium alloy, machined from
a single block.
