INSTALLAZIONE
N.B. : Il Kit articolazione è adatto per altezze massime di passaggio di metri 2,9.
Prima di iniziare l'installazione dello snodo è necessario azionare la barriera e, ad apertura completata (asta
in posizione verticale), togliere l'alimentazione di rete e scollegare la batteria tampone. Quindi procedere come
segue:
1.
determinare la lunghezza della prima asta (vedi esempio riportato in fig. 1);
2.
rimuovere la porta della barriera (fig. 2);
3.
inserire, fissandola con le viti in dotazione, la 1° asta (fig. 3);
4.
sbloccare il motore, portare l'asta in posizione di chiusura (orizzontale) e ribloccare l'automazione (fig. 4);
5.
fermare la forcella per la regolazione dell'asta telescopica sulla parte fissa della barriera (A fig. 5) ed inserire,
serrandolo con le viti fornite nella confezione (B fig. 5), lo snodo sull'asta precedentemente fissata (fig. 5);
6.
fissare l'asta telescopica da ambo i lati dello snodo (fig. 6);
7.
inserire la seconda asta, fissandola allo snodo utilizzando le viti in dotazione (fig. 7);
N.B. Non è necessario determinare la lunghezza della seconda asta perchè telescopica.
8.
regolare la lunghezza dell'asta telescopica al fine di avere le due aste in posizione perfettamente orizzontale,
quindi forare e fermare l'asta con le viti fornite (fig. 8);
9.
sbloccare il motore, bilanciare l'asta a 45° ca. di inclinazione (vedi istruzioni barriera);
10. rialimentare l'automazione e, dopo una nuova programmazione della centralina, eseguire 4/5 manovre
complete;
11. ripristinare, agendo sui dadi di registro posti alle estremità dell'asta telescopica (1 e 2 fig. 6), il perfetto
allineamento delle aste;
12. completare l'installazione dello snodo riposizionando e chiudendo la porta della barriera (fig. 9).
INSTALLATION
N.B. : The articulation Kit is suitable for a maximum transit height of 2,9 metres.
Before installing the joint, fully raise the bar (vertical) and disconnect the mains power supply and the buffer battery.
Then proceed as follows:
1.
measure the length of the first bar (see fig. 1);
2.
remove the panel on the barrier (fig. 2);
3.
insert the 1st bar and secure with the supplied screws (fig. 3);
4.
release the motor, lower the bar (horizontal) and block the motor once more (fig. 4);
5.
attach the fork for adjusting the telescopic bar to the fixed part of the barrier (A fig. 5), insert the joint into the
fixed bar (fig. 5) and secure with the screws provided in the pack (B fig. 5);
6.
fix the telescopic bar to both sides of the joint (fig. 6);
7.
insert the second bar into the joint and secure with the supplied screws (fig. 7);
N.B. It is not necessary to measure the length of the second bar because it is telescopic.
8.
adjust the length of the telescopic bar so that the two bars are perfectly horizontal, then drill a hole in the bar
and secure with the supplied screws (fig. 8);
9.
release the motor and balance the bar at an inclination of approximately 45° (see barrier instructions);
10. connect the motor to the mains power supply, re-programme the control unit and perform 4/5 complete
manoeuvres;
11. turn the adjustment nuts at the end of the telescopic bar (1 and 2 fig. 6) until the bars are perfectly aligned;
12. put back the panel on the barrier and close it (fig. 9).
INSTALLATION
Anmerkung : der Gelenkbausatz ist für Durchfahrtshöhen von maximal 2,9 m geeignet.
Vor der Installation des Gelenks muss die Schranke ganz geöffnet werden (Schrankenbaum in vertikaler Stellung);
die Netzstromversorgung abschalten und die Pufferbatterie abtrennen. Dann wie folgt vorgehen:
1.
die Länge des ersten Schrankenbaums bestimmen (siehe Beispiel in Abb. 1);
2.
die Tür der Schranke entfernen (Abb. 2);
3.
den ersten Schrankenbaum einstecken und mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen (Abb. 3);
4.
den Motor entriegeln, die Schranke schließen (Schrankenbaum in horizontaler Stellung) und die Automatisierung
wieder blockieren (Abb. 4);
5.
die Gabel zur Einstellung des Teleskopschrankenbaums am festen Teil der Schranke befestigen (A, Abb. 5)
und das Gelenk an den vorher befestigten Schrankenbaum (Abb. 5) montieren und mit den in der Packung
mitgelieferten Schrauben (B, Abb. 5) befestigen;
6.
den Teleskopschrankenbaum an beiden Seiten des Gelenks befestigen (Abb. 6);
7.
den zweiten Schrankenbaum montieren und mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben am Gelenk befestigen (Abb.
7);
N.B. Die Länge des zweiten Schrankenbaums muss nicht bestimmt werden, da er teleskopisch ist.
8.
die Länge des Teleskopschrankenbaums regulieren, so dass beide Schrankenbäume in einwandfrei horizontaler
Stellung sind, dann lochen und den Schrankenbaum mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen (Abb. 8);
9.
den Motor entriegeln und den Schrankenbaum auf ca. 45° schräg stellen (siehe Anweisungen der Schranke);
