Disposal and recycling
The generator is shipped with packaging
material to avoid damages during transit.
Packaging materials can be reused or
recycled.
The unit and its accessories are made of
various types of material, such as metal
and plastic. Defective components must
be disposed of as special waste. Please
discard or recycle your product and its
packaging according to your municipal
bylaws.
Transport
Before transporting the generator, make
sure of the following:
• Generator is turned off.
• Generator is cooled down.
• Oil cock (12) is at "OFF" position.
• There is at least one person per
transportation handle (16).
ATTENTION! Slipping or falling
unit can crush hands and feet.
The generator is very heavy. At least two
people are required to move the unit.
Carry the generator with transport
handles:
• Lift the generator evenly.
• Carry the generator to the operating place.
• Place the generator on a flat, solid and
stable surface.
Carry the generator with wheel (17) and
carry handle (18):
• Assemble wheels and carry handle.
• The generator can be carried by lifting the
carry handle (14).
