Montage der Anbauteile (Pos. 8.11 - 8.16)
8a Stoßstange 8.11 und rechten und linken Kotflügel, 8.12,
8.13 miteinander verkleben. Auf Flucht der Teile achten.
8b Den Aufstieg aus den Teilen 8.14 und 8.15 rechtwinklig
miteinander verkleben.

Aufstieg am Chassis mit den Blechschrauben 8.16 mon-
tieren.
Montage der Anbauteile (Pos. 8.17 - 8.28)
8b Stoßstangen/Kotflügeleinheit mit U-Scheiben 8.17,
Zylinderschrauben 8.18 und Sechskantmuttern 8.19 am
Distanzstück 8.1 befestigen.

Der rechte Kotflügel wird auf die Gewindestange 4.4
geschoben. Linken Kotflügel unten bündig mit dem
Aufstieg verkleben.

Nach Trocknung Schrauben lösen, Einheit abnehmen
und lackieren.
8c Die Trittflächen 8.20 und 8.21 lackieren und aufkleben.
8d Streuscheiben 8.24 - 8.26 in die Scheinwerfer-
gehäuse 8.22, 8.23 einsetzen und mit wenig
Sekundenkleber sichern.
8e Einheitenen 8.22 - 8.26 von vorne in die Stoßstange
8.11 einsetzen und von der Rückseite verkleben.

Streuscheiben 8.27 von hinten in die Stoßstange 8.11
einsetzen und von der Rückseite verkleben.

Die Scheinwerfergehäuse 8.28 von hinten über den
Rand der Streuscheiben 8.27 kleben.
8f Stoßstange endgültig montieren.

Installing the external fittings (parts 8.11 - 8.16)
8a Glue the bumper 8.11 to the right and left mudguards
8.12 and 8.13. Check that the parts are aligned accura-
tely.
8b Glue parts 8.14 and 8.15 together at right angles to pro-
duce the step unit.

Fix the step unit to the chassis using the self-tapping
screws 8.16.
Installing the external fittings (parts 8.17 - 8.28)
8b Fix the bumper / mudguard assembly to the spacer 8.1
using the washers 8.17, cheesehead screws 8.18 and
hexagon nuts 8.19.

Slip the right-hand mudguard onto the threaded rod 4.4.
Glue the left-hand mudguard flush to the step unit.

Allow the glue to set hard, then undo the screws, remo-
ve the assembly and paint it.
8c Paint the treads 8.20 and 8.21 and glue them in place.
8d Press the diffuser lenses 8.24 - 8.26 into the headlight
housings 8.22 / 8.23 and secure each one with a drop
of cyano.
8e Insert the assemblies 8.22 - 8.26 in the bumper 8.11
from the front, and apply a drop of glue at the rear to
secure them.

Insert the diffuser lenses 8.27 in the bumper 8.11 from
the rear, and apply a drop of glue at the rear to secure
them.
-
Glue the headlight housings 8.28 above the edge of the
diffuser lenses 8.27, applying the glue from the rear.
8f Install thebumper permanently.
Baustufe 8
Montage des éléments d'aménagement (pos. 8.11 à
8.16)
8a Coller ensemble le pare-chocs 8.11 et les garde-boue
gauche et droit 8.12 et 8.13. Veiller à ce que les pièces
soient en ligne.
8b Coller ensemble, verticalement, les éléments 8.14 et
8.15 constituant le marche-pied.

Monter le marche-pied au châssis avec les vis autotar-
audeuses 8.16.
Montage des éléments d'aménagement (pos. 8.17 à
8.28)
8b Fixer l'unité pare-chocs/garde-boue à l'entretoise 8.1
avec les rondelles 8.17, les vis cylindriques 8.18 et les
écrous six pans 8.19.

Le garde-boue droit sera glissé sur la tige filetée 4.4.
Coller le garde-boue gauche `fleur au marche-pied.
8c Peindre et coller les marchepieds 8.20 et 8.21.

Une fois que la colle est sèche, desserrer les vis, retirer
l'unité et la peindre.
8d Installer les diffuseurs 8.24 – 8.26 dans les boîtiers des
projecteurs 8.22, 8.23 et les y fixer avec un peu de colle
cyanoacrylate.
8e Installer les unités 8.22 à 8.26 par l'avant dans le pare-
chocs 8.11 et coller par l'arrière.

Installer les diffuseurs 8.27 de l'arrière dans le pare-
chocs 8.11. et coller latéralement.
-
Coller le boîtier de projecteur 8.28 par l'arrière au-des-
sus du bords des diffuseurs 8.27.
8f Monter définitivement le pare-chocs.
