Page 5 ENGLISH 1 Introduction This manual applies to the Vetus (rigid) plastic diesel fuel tanks. For dimensions, see drawings on page 20. Tolerances of + or - 2% ap- ply to all dimensions! These tanks conform to ISO 21487 Standards. When installing a fuel tank, the European Recreational Craft Direc- tive (RCD, 2013/53/EU) and any national legislation must be ob- served.
Page 6 Fit the fuel cap (5). When filling the tank, fuel can overflow from the filler cap and spill onto the deck. This can be prevented by installing a Vetus Fuel Overflow (E) between filler cap (A) and tank. Consult the relevant manual for installing the Vetus fuel overflow.
