6.4 Changing / Replacing the
Spray Pipe
1. Switch the unit off (Figure 15), unplug the power
cord, and turn off the water (Figure 11-b).
2. Open the front door (Figure 1 + 2).
3. Gently move the spray pipe back and forth and
pull it off the water inlet (Figure 19).
4. Use a suitable deliming solution to clean the spray
pipe.
5. Apply a thin coating of grease (refer to the
accessories) to the seal rings or replace them as
required (Figure 26).
6. Mount the clean spray pipe on the water inlet
(Figure 6).
7. Close the front door.
8. Plug the unit's power cord into the wall outlet.
9. Open the shut-off valve (Figure 11-b) and readjust
the water volume (Figure 13).
6.5 Replacing / Cleaning the
Trimmer Table
1. Switch the unit off (Figure 15), unplug the power
cord.
2. Lift the trimmer table up and off the adjusting
screw then pull it towards the side and front
(Figure 27 + 28).
3. Clean the trimmer table under running water.
4. Apply a thin coating of silicon-based oil to the in-
ner side of the table to make reinstallation easier.
5. Reinstall the trimmer table.
• Working from above, push the trimmer table into
the trimmer opening at an angle (Figure 29).
• Once the rubber tab (Figure 30) has snapped
into place over the edge, the trimmer table is
locked in place in the adjusting screw
(Figure 31).
• Press the edges of the trimmer table (Figure 32)
into the recesses in the front cover.
Make sure the trimmer table is properly
and securely seated on the front cover!
6. Adjust the trimmer table as previously described.

Please refer to the enclosed spare parts list for the
numbers of all consumables and spare / replacement
parts.

8. Warranty
Provided the unit is properly used, Renfert warrants
the MT2 a period of 3 years.
The original sales receipt from the dealer must be
provided when making warranty claims.
Parts which are subject to natural wear and tear
(wear parts) and consumables are excluded from the
guarantee. These parts are marked in the spare part
list.
The warranty is voided in case of improper use; failu-
re to observe the operating, cleaning, maintenance,
and connection instructions; in case of independent
repairs or repairs by unauthorized personnel; if spare
parts from other manufacturers are employed, or;
in case of unusual influences or influences not in
compliance with the utilization instructions. Warranty
service shall not extend the original warranty.
