Sicherheitshinweise
1. Benutzen Sie das Gerät
in einwandfreiem Zustand
bestimmungsgemäß
sicherheits- und gefahrenbewußt.
2. Beachten Sie die Einbau-Anleitung.
3. Lassen Sie Störungen, welche die Sicherheit beein-
trächtigen können, umgehend beseitigen.
4. Der Druckminderer D 04 ist ausschließlich für die in
dieser Einbau-Anleitung genannten Einsatzgebiete
bestimmt. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende
Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
1. Einbau
Beim Einbau sind örtliche Vorschriften, allgemeine Richt-
linien und die Einbau-Anleitung zu beachten.
Der Einbauort muß frostsicher und gut zugänglich sein.
1. Rohrleitung gut durchspülen.
2. Druckminderer einbauen.
Durchfluß in Pfeilrichtung.
Einbau in waagrechte Rohrleitung mit schwarzer
Kunststoffhaube nach oben
spannungs- und biegemomentfrei einbauen.
3. Druckminderer ist betriebsbereit.
2. Hinterdruck einstellen
Zur Einstellung und Veränderung des Hinterdrucks wie
folgt vorgehen.
1. Ventil 1 schließen.
2. Ausgangsseite druckentlasten.
3. Ventil 2 schließen.
4. Manometer montieren.
5. Ventil 1 öffnen.
6. Schlitzschraube 3 mit beiliegendem grünem Einstell-
knopf soweit nach rechts drehen, bis der gewünschte
Wert am Manometer angezeigt wird.
Wenn der Hinterdruck auf einen niedrigeren Wert
eingestellt wird, muß die Ausgangsseite druck-
entlastet werden, damit sich der gewünschte
Hinterdruck einstellt.
7. Ventil 2 öffnen.
8. Druckminderer ist betriebsbereit.

4.D 04 pressure reducing valve is exclusively for use in
applications detailed in these installations instructions.
Any other use will not comply with requirements.
1.Installation
It is necessary during installation to follow codes of good
practice, to comply with local requirements and to follow
the installation instructions. The installation location
should be protected against frost and be easily accesible.
1. Thouroughly flush pipework.
2. Install pressure reducing valve
Check that arrow is in flow direction
Mounting into horizontal pipework with black plastic
cap up
Install without tension or bending stresses
3. Pressure reducing valve is now ready for use.
2. Setting outlet pressure
For adjusting and changing the outlet pressure proceed
as follows:
1. Close valve 1 .
2. Release pressure of outlet side.
3. Close valve 2 .
4. Fit manometer.
5. Open valve 1 .
6. Turn slot bolt 3 to the right by using the enclosed
green setting knob until the required value is indicated
on the pressure gauge.
Shall the outlet pressure be adjusted to a lower value
the pressure must be released at outlet side, so the
required outlet pressure can adjust itself.
7. Open valve 2 .
8. Pressure reducing valve is now ready for use.
