3. If necessary, remove the used batteries and dispose of

CAUTION!
Danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals away
from the packaging material.
Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for com-
pleteness (see the "Items Supplied" chapter) and possible
transport damage. Remove any stickers and fi lms. If you
fi nd any damage to the components, do not use the de-
vice (!), but contact our customer service department.
Insert the batteries supplied (see the "Inserting / Changing
Batteries" section).
CAUTION!
Replace the batteries when the power of the device starts
to wane.
Switch off the device before you replace the batteries
(move On / Off switch to position 0).
