ご使用いただけるモニター
ソニー製のメディカルモニターのみ接続できます。
それ以外の機器に接続すると火災の原因となることがありま
す。
このケーブルが使用できるメディカルモニターについては、 ソ

シグナルケーブル は、 高密度 ピン （メス） 端子を持つソニーの
SMF-405 D-sub15
メディカルモニターと、 複合同期信号出力端子を接続するケーブルです。

接続
シグナルケーブル SMF-405 の D-sub15 ピンコネクターと BNC コネクターをそれ
ぞれ、 ソニーのメディカルモニターの D-sub15 ピン （メス） 端子と RGB+
信号出力端子に接続します。
ご注意
接続の際には、 必ず各機器の電源を切ってください。

形状の異なるコネクターに無理に差し込まないでください。
ˎ ˎ
ˎ ˎ D-sub15 ピンコネクターはしっかり差し込み、 確実に固定してください。接続
が不十分な場合、 映像が出力されません。
コネクターは図を確認して接続してください。接続を間違えると動作不

良や画質不良の原因となります。

General
The SMF-405 is a cable that connects Sony Medical monitors with a high-density
D-sub 15-pin female terminal to RGB+Composite Sync signal output terminals.
Caution
For cautions and further information on using this product, refer to the
Instructions for Use for the Sony Medical monitors.
Monitor that can be used with the SMF-405
The cable can be connected to medical monitors made by Sony only.
Connecting to other equipment may cause a malfunction.
For details about medical monitors compatible with the cable, please contact
your Sony dealer.
Precaution
Do not damage the cable.
Damaging the cable may result in a fire.

Do not modify or damage the cable (including the connector).
ˎ ˎ
Do not place heavy objects on or pull the cable.
ˎ ˎ
Keep the cable away from heated appliances, and do not apply to heat it.
ˎ ˎ
When attaching or removing the cable, be sure to hold the connector.
ˎ ˎ
When the cable is used in a location under an external pressure, apply the
protective measures.
If the cable is damaged, please contact your Sony dealer.
On simultaneous use with a radio knife, etc.
If this unit is used together with a radio knife, etc., the picture may be disturbed,
warped or otherwise abnormal as a result of strong radio waves or voltages from
the device. This is not a malfunction.
When you use this unit simultaneously with a device from which strong radio
waves or voltages are emitted, confirm the effect of this before using such
devices, and install this unit in a way that minimizes the effect of radio wave
interference.
Connection
Connect the D-sub 15-pin connector of the SMF-405 to the D-sub 15-pin
terminal (female) of the Sony Medical monitor and the BNC connector of the

Notes

Before connecting, make sure that the power to all of the equipment is turned
off.
ˎ ˎ
Do not insert forcibly the cable to a connector of a different shape.
ˎ ˎ
Firmly insert and fix the D-sub 15-pin connector. If the connection is loose,
images will not be output.
ˎ ˎ
Check the figure to connect the BNC connector. Improper connection may
result in a malfunction or poor image.
ˎ ˎ

Raccordement
Raccordez le connecteur D-sub à 15 broches du SMF-405 à la borne D-sub à 15
broches (femelle) du moniteur médical Sony et le connecteur BNC du SMF-405
aux bornes de sortie de signal de synchronisation RGB + Composite. 
Remarques
ˎ ˎ
Avant d'effectuer un raccordement, assurez-vous que tous les appareils sont
hors tension.
ˎ ˎ
N'insérez pas de force le câble dans un connecteur d'une autre forme.
ˎ ˎ
Insérez-le fermement et fixez le connecteur D-sub à 15 broches. Si le
raccordement est lâche, les images ne seront pas émises.
ˎ ˎ
Consultez le schéma pour raccorder le connecteur BNC. Un mauvais
raccordement peut entraîner un dysfonctionnement ou une image de qualité
médiocre.

Monitore, für die das SMF-405 geeignet ist
Das Kabel kann ausschließlich an medizinische Monitore von Sony
angeschlossen werden.
Bei Anschluss an andere Geräte kann es zu einer Fehlfunktion kommen.
Nähere Informationen über medizinische Monitore, die mit dem Kabel
kompatibel sind, erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Sony-Händler.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Beschädigten Sie das Kabel nicht.
Bei einem beschädigten Kabel besteht Feuergefahr.

Modifizieren und beschädigen Sie das Kabel (einschließlich der Stecker) nicht.

Wenn dieses Gerät zusammen mit einem elektrischen Skalpell o. Ä. eingesetzt
wird, kann das Bild aufgrund der starken Hochfrequenzwellen von dem anderen
Gerät verrauscht, verformt oder anderweitig gestört sein. Dies ist keine
Fehlfunktion.
Wenn Sie dieses Gerät zusammen mit einem anderen Gerät verwenden, von dem
starke Hochfrequenzwellen oder hohe Spannungen ausgehen, prüfen Sie die
Auswirkungen vor dem Einsatz solcher Geräte und installieren Sie dieses Gerät
so, dass die Interferenzen durch die Hochfrequenzwellen möglichst gering sind.
Anschließen
Schließen Sie den 15-poligen D-Sub-Stecker des SMF-405 an die 15-polige
D-Sub-Buchse am medizinischen Monitor von Sony und den BNC-Stecker des
SMF-405 an RGB+Composite Sync-Signalausgänge an. 
Hinweise
ˎ ˎ
Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Geräte ausgeschaltet sind, bevor Sie die
Anschlüsse herstellen.
ˎ ˎ
Stecken Sie die Kabelstecker nicht mit Gewalt in anders geformte Buchsen.
ˎ ˎ
Stecken Sie den 15-poligen D-Sub-Stecker fest in die Buchse und fixieren Sie
ihn. Bei einer lockeren Verbindung werden keine Bilder ausgegeben.
ˎ ˎ
Schließen Sie den BNC-Stecker wie in der Abbildung gezeigt an. Eine
fehlerhafte Verbindung kann eine Fehlfunktion oder mangelhafte Bildqualität
zur Folge haben.

Einzelheiten schlagen Sie bitte in der Bedienungsanleitung zu dem
anzuschließenden Gerät nach.
