Operating Instructions
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Panasonic product.
By attaching this product to an elite Panaboard and turn-
ing the power on, you can activate the elite Panaboard
software.
• It is not necessary to install the elite Panaboard software on
your computer.
• After use, the elite Panaboard software will not remain on
your computer.
Note
• If the elite Panaboard software is already installed on your
computer, that software will be used.
• For details on computer requirements, please refer to the
Operating Instructions (For Basic Operations) for the elite
Panaboard.
• For details on using elite Panaboard software, please refer
to the Operating Instructions (For Software) of the elite Pan-
aboard.
How to Use
Starting the elite Panaboard software

Connect your computer to the elite Panaboard
and turn the elite Panaboard on.
• The elite Panaboard software starts automatically.
• If the "License Agreement" screen or a progress bar
does not appear, select [
Computer], and double-click [Launch.exe].

• In Windows Vista , if the Autoplay dialog box is dis-
played, click [Run Launch.exe]. If the "User Account
Control" window is displayed, click [Continue].

Note
• When connecting to your computer for the first time, the "Li-
cense Agreement" screen will appear.
• If .NET Framework is not installed on your computer, an in-
stallation prompt screen will appear. Install .NET Frame-
work following the on-screen instructions. To install, you
must be logged in as Administrator.
• If the "A file access error has occurred! The software will
now shutdown." message appears, click [OK]. Check that
the elite Panaboard is turned on and that your computer and
elite Panaboard are connected properly.
Exiting the elite Panaboard software

After exiting the elite Panaboard software, dis-
connect the USB cable from your computer.
Downloading the latest software
You can download the latest version of the Install-Free
Kit software from the Internet by following the procedure
below:

Click the icon in the notification area and click
[Download the latest version].
• Install the latest version of the Install-Free Kit software
following the instructions on the Web site.
