• Due to bio-assurance, you should avoid lending
the device to other breeders, as this may result
in transmission of diseases due to careless or
inappropriate disinfection
• You should keep the device clean and disinfected,
paying particular attention to careful disinfection.
• The device should be stored in a dry place at
room temperature
• While using the ELECTRONIC ESTROUS DETECTOR
you should not use lubricants, as they reduce the
electrodes' contact with mucus, which will distort
the results
• A low level of resistance continuing for several
days may be the symptom of inflammation in the
animal's vagina.

• Damaging or tearing off the protection cap
may cause permanent damage due to contact
with water
• Loosening the display window by unauthorised
persons is strictly prohibited, as it may cause
unsealing of the device.
• We emphasize that changes in the electric
resistance of the vaginal mucus are closely
related to changes in the progesterone levels in
the animal's body and the LH surge. The method
of detecting silent heat by monitoring changes
in the resistance in the animal's vagina has been
known for many years and is considered to be very
effective (about 90 percent). Achieving the highest
effectiveness depends on the proper technique
and repetitiveness of measurements and the
user's skills.
