The Aqua Quick device has been designed for the effective
application of water-activated fabric and fleece materials. It
is not suitable for use with dispersion adhesive. The device
features an unwinding device for fabric and fleece rolls
with analog meter counter and dip tank to wet the adhesive
already applied to the back of the fabric/fleece. Thanks
to the water wiper system, the right amount of water is
applied to the water-activated glass fiber wall coverings and
fleeces. Unlike standard pasting machines, there is no need
for time-consuming cleaning, as only the water has to be
drained off once work is completed.
2. Standard delivered condition
The Aqua Quick device is only available as a floor-standing model. The device comprises the following components:
- Unwinding device with analog meter counter (= device lid)
- Dip tank
- Tubular frame for optimal working height

3. Commissioning / handling of the device
3.1 Setting up the device
The tubular frame consists of two different leg types:
- front leg = single tube
- rear leg = two tubes
(the lid support rod is attached to the lower end of the frame leg)
