CONNECTION WITH KONYKS APP
To pair with the Wi-Fi network and the Konyks APP, the
Wi-Fi indicator must flash rapidly.
If this is not the case you have to reset eCosy.
To Reset eCosy
Press the control button for 3 seconds. The Wi-Fi
light should start to flash quickly.
Sign in
Open the Konyks app, click on + at the top right •
Choose «Heating» • Choose the Wi-Fi network to
which eCosy should be connected then enter the
password corresponding to this network.
The connection will be done within 15 to 30 seconds.
If connection doesn't work :
Check that the Wi-Fi network to which your phone
is connected is transmitting only in 2.4Ghz (5Ghz or
mixed 2.4 / 5Ghz networks are to be avoided). 99%
of connection problems come from an inappropriate
network.
Once the device is connected it is recommended to
rename it so that its name match with the current usage
(for example "Bedroom heater").
Click on the Pen icon at the top right then again the
pen icon, choose "Name" then enter the desired name
Remember that this name will also be the one that will
be used to control the device by voice with Google
Home or Alexa.
