Adjustments before using

Loosen the sleeve on the shaft
coupling 6 (1.) and adjust the
handle length. Tighten the
sleeve (2.).
Warning! Before adjusting
the tool, remove the battery.

Set operating angle by pressing
the button 7 (1.) and adjusting
the angle in 5 steps. The cutting
head 10 should always be paral-
lel to the ground.

Battery

Press the charged battery into
the insertion slot 1 until it clicks
into place. To remove, press the
release button and pull out the
battery.

Switching on/off

Press and hold the switch in-
terlock 2 (1.) then press the ON/
OFF switch 16 to start operation
(2.).

Operating mode

To change the operating mode
from clearance cutting (1.) to
edge cutting, press and hold
the locking button 5 (2.) and
turn the lower shaft by 90° (3).

Loosen the locking lever 15 to
adjust handle bar 4 to the re-
quired position. Secure by fold-
ing back the locking lever 15.

To release more cutting line,
gently tap the cutting head 10
on bare ground while running
the trimmer.
State of charge

Press the button to check the
state of charge on LED indica-
tor. To charge consult the user
manual of the charger.

Release the switch 16 to stop
operation.
Warning! The line continues
running for a moment after
switching off.
Caution! Check latching by
slightly twisting!
