PUTTING BIKES IN THE BIKE CARRIER:
Always place the heaviest bike furthest in.

Uniformly distribute the weight of the bicycles on
the bicycle rack profiles (13).
Fix the bicycles using the frame support (3) or (4)
or (5) and the fixing cables. Depending on the
structure and form of the frame, the cable
dimensions must be suitable for the bicycles
(special accessories).
The front and rear wheels must be fixed with a
safety belt (21) to the bicycle rack profile(13).
Attention: each bicycle must befixed in at least
three different places. Make sure that neither the
mechanical parts of the bicycle, nor the ends of the
anchor and safety belts come into contact with the
bodywork. For this reason, always tie the ends of
the belts. All the components of the bicycles must
be firmely fixed.
Remove all the mobile accessories such as
children's seats, bags and removable parts such as
flask, lights, pumps, etc.
Place the second bike in the carrier with its
handlebars facing in the opposite direction to those of
the bike and so on for the other bikes (fig. X).
Attach the frame holder as high as possible
on the bike frame.
Keep a careful look out for off-road vehicles:
The exhaust pipe may be positioned at such a height so
that the hot exhaust gases assail the trailer or the bicycle
rims! This may destroy the rims! Protect the trailer and the
load from exhaust gas leakage.

CALIBRATION ON THE TOW BAR:
The locking on the tow bar is calibrated by the company.

In case of excessive play insert 1 or 2 spacers. Otherwise remove 1
or 2 of the spacers already intalled (pictures Y-Y1-Y2).
This shall be carried out by a competent person or by the Vendor's
appointee.

CALIBRATION OF TILTING
Z
The tilting system "Lift System" is calibrated by the company &
must allow automatic tilting without any effort.
Any changes (-Kg / +Kg) must be performed by a competent person.
