Switching off

Turn switch 1/0 (0).
Both pilot lights switch off.
The appliance is off.

Remove residues from the oil.

Disconnect appliance from mains.
Draining
WARNING!
Risk of injury due to incorrect draining!

Have the appliance drained exclusively by qualified personnel or empty it under
supervision of qualified personnel.

Allow appliance and oil to cool completely before draining it.

Wear appropriate protective clothing according to CE requirements when draining the
appliance.

Switch off the appliance.

Allow appliance to cool.

Make sure that there is enough room for a container of sufficient size under the
tap.

Put a container of sufficient size to hold all the oil under the tap.

Open lever.

Let all the oil drain into the container.

When the appliance is empty:

Close lever.
