Safety instructions
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage in the following cases:
 Damage to the product resulting from mechanical influences
 Alterations to the product without express permission from the manufacturer
 Use for purposes other than those described in the operating manual
2.1

General safety

WARNING!

 Never pull the plug out of the cigarette lighter by the cable.
 If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced to prevent possible electrical
hazards.
 Do not operate the device if it is visibly damaged.
 This device may only be repaired by qualified personnel. Inadequate repairs
can lead to considerable hazards.
Should your device need to be repaired, please contact customer services.
 Pull out the connection cable:
– Before cleaning and maintenance
– After use
– In the case of faults
 Do not fill the device with water whilst it is hot. Turn the device off and leave
it to cool down for approx. 5 mins.

Operating the device safely

WARNING!

 Electronic devices are not toys!
Always keep and use the device out of the reach of children.
 Only operate the device when you or another person can attend to it and
never outdoors.
 Only operate the device in vehicles when the engine is switched off.
 Do not operate the device on hot surfaces and never place it near naked
flames.
 Protect the device and the cable against heat and moisture.
 Never immerse the device in water.
 Do not operate the device when the lid is open.
