UNPACKING – INSTALLATION – PUTTING INTO SERVICE

Place the MF 20 on a work table, tilt it on its side and fit
the 3 feet, placing a washer under each nut.
Unpack the stop, left arm and right arm.
Using a 3-mm Allen key, loosen the joint
plates located at each end of the stop.

The MF 20 is secured by 3 screws A, B and C situated below
the pallet.Raise the pallet supporting the MF20 onto blocks.
Remove the 3 screws with a 19-mm flat spanner.

Engage the groove of the stop+left arm+right arm
assembly into the 2 screws V1 and V2. Centre the stop
and secure the assembly from below using a 5-mm
Allen key.
Connecting to compressed air supply: ma-
chine equipped with quick release male con-
nector ; the female one is delivered in the ac-
cessory box. This can be used with air tubes
inside diameter 8 mm. Your source must sup-
ply to machine 6 bars (85 psi.) pressure mini-
mum, dry and non-lubricated air.
