TURNING ON PROCEDURE OF THE OVEN BURNER
AND RELATED ADJUSTMENT
Warning: Turn the oven burner with a piezometer ignition ONLY after having first opened the
door of the oven itself.
Open fully the oven door
Open the gas cylinder valve
Press the plastic ignition pushbutton identified by a spark imprinted on the appliance and simul-
taneously press and turn the knob anticlockwise up to the maximum position.
Turn on the burner
After having turned on the burner, keep the knob pressed down for at least 10-20 seconds in
order to release the thermocouple
Release the knob
If the burner turns off after releasing the knob, turn the knob clockwise up to the off position.
To reduce the power of the burner, turn the knob anticlockwise up to the minimum position.
To turn off the burner, turn the knob clockwise up to the off position
Warning: Before closing the oven door, make sure that the burner is actually on.
After turning on the oven burner it is recommended to wait at least one minute before closing
the oven door.
Close the door slowly to prevent the burner from turning off.
The door must be closed while using the oven.
If using aluminium foil or any other object inside the oven, this must absolutely not block the
holes for the outlet of the smoke placed neither on the oven rear nor in any way disturbing the
oven burner and the slots planned for the circulation of the hot air and smoke inside the oven.
ADVICES FOR HOW TO USE THE OVEN
Clean thoroughly the inside of the oven (all parts of the oven compartment: sides, rear, oven
grid, drip collector and door).
Leave to preheat the oven for at least 2 hours before using it for the first time, that is, before
introducing foodstuff, in order to expel any bad smells due to working processes during manufac-
ture of the oven parts.
Every time that the oven is used, it must be preheated for at least 10 minutes before placing
foodstuff.
During operation, adjust the temperature using the special oven knob according to need. The
maximum reachable temperature indicatively is about 200° to 250°.
THE OVEN IS COMPOSED AS FOLLOWS:
1) Oven and oven grid drip collector
The pan drip collector and the oven grid must be inserted properly in the oven by sliding them
along the special side guides placed on the oven side walls.
Place the foodstuff only on the grid/upper pan
2) Oven door
The oven door can be in 3 different positions:
1) DOOR PARTIALLY OPEN
2) DOOR FULLY OPEN (in this position during turning on of the oven burner, or when foodstuff
must be inserted or accessories removed from the turned on oven.
3) DOOR CLOSED
