GAS CYLINDER (LPG)
We recommend the use of new gas cylinder provided that it is installed by a skilled technician,
who will then install it according to the current regulations in force. It is MANDATORY not to ob-
struct the ventilation openings in the cylinder compartment.
CONNECTION HOSE
The connection of this product can be carried out through the use of a rubber hose that must
meet the current compliance Standards in force in the Country of destination of the product (the
fitting for the connection of this hose is located in the rear of the product).
Check frequently the correct connection and wear of the hose at each change of calendar season,
and ensure that such conditions are ALWAYS perfect.
The hose has a stamped expiry date; replace the hose with a new one long before this date
expires.
In case of abnormalities or suspected probable failure of the hose, gas leaks or other, do not try
to repair it in any way but rather it is mandatory to suspend using the appliance and to replace the
hose with a new one to be made by a skilled, professional technician.
The connection hose must be installed in such a way that its entire length can always be in-
spected, and in such a way that it can be easily replaced.
The gas connection must be made by means of a mechanical type fitting and by standardised
fittings; this kit may in turn be supplied by any local distributor or importer of the product that must
in any case meet the current compliances and Standards in force in the Country of destination.
TECHNICAL SERVICE
WARNING: Modifications to the appliance and its parts are not admitted when carried out by
unqualified and not specialised personnel. Do not replace parts of the appliance with parts that are
not original as they may be unsuitable causing improper and unsafe operation of the appliance.
In case of abnormalities, breakages or malfunctions of the appliance, close immediately the gas
cylinder (valve) and contact a skilled, professional technician. It is recommended that the appli-
ance is checked at least once a year by a skilled technician, who must check that the appliance is
in perfect order condition and in case of need must proceed by contacting a Service Centre (the
technician must ensure that there is no gas leak, the quality of combustion, the ventilation and the
taps. The gas plant must comply with the current Standards in force.
A complete check of the appliance and of all the plant is mandatory in a timely and regular
manner; special attention must be paid to the regulator, the connection rubber hose, and the tap.
In the event of suspected gas leaks, close immediately the cylinder gas valve and do not use
matches and lighters and do not operate any other appliances or other electrical equipment. Do
not generate any sparks that can cause an explosion. It is recommended to ventilate the premises
immediately. WARNING! The LPG drops downwards. Ventilate both the high parts and, above all,
the parts/spaces under which the appliance is installed.
TEMPERATURES AND VENTILATION
WARNING: Some parts of the appliance become very hot during operation (for example, the
grid stove, the burners, both the front and the rear sides of the appliance, particularly where the
outlet of the oven smoke occurs (oven rear part and oven upper plane), the front door of the oven
and the door glass. It is recommended not to touch these parts with bare hands, but rather with
special oven gloves. This appliance must be kept away from flammable materials and sources of
any type of heat.
