I can see steam coming of my hair – am I burning my hair?
No! If you are using the appliance as intended then the InStyler will not burn your
hair. What you are seeing is steam, which is evaporating from your hair. This is
simply excess conditioner or product build-up and is completely normal and harmless.
Can I use the InStyler with extensions or real human hair extensions?
Yes. Start using the InStyler below the area where the extensions are attached to
your natural hair. Do not apply pressure when pulling the InStyler through your hair
because this you might end up pulling the extensions out. Never use the InStyler with
artificial hair extensions.

What is the InStyler exactly?
The InStyler is a new hair styling tool, which straightens, polishes and styles hair using
a rotated heated barrel and brush bristles. This newly designed appliance smooths
each individual section of hair and makes it possible for the user to achieve amazing
results, far better that can be achieved using hair straighteners or heated curling or
styling tools. This new design guarantees to produce fantastic results without using
extreme amounts or heat or heavy styling products.
How is the InStyler different to using my hair straighteners?
The answer is simple: hair straighteners compress the hair, mash it and literally "bake"
it between two extremely hot plates. This process of pressing and "ironing" sections
of your hair leaves you hair looking as full and bouncy as a sheet of paper! The
InStyler's heated rotating barrel gives just the right amount of heat needed to style and
straighten the hair – and because the heated barrel is rotating constantly, it does not
"mash" or "bake" the hair as is the case with common hair straighteners. The InStyler's
precision bristles comb and separate the hair, while the rotating motion of the heated
barrel gently polishes every section of hair with a smooth "buffing" motion, giving the
hair more sheen, shine and volume. This so-called "polishing" action is performed by
the InStyler using much less heat than with hair straighteners and achieves much better
results. In addition you can also use the InStyler as a styling tool because the barrel's
curved shape allows you to create flicks, curls and add volume; something you just
cannot do with hair straighteners.
I need to use a lot of heat to straighten my hair. Will the InStyler get hot enough?
We are always being asked this question and we are proud to say that you can lay
this one to rest. It is a just another one of those 'hairstyling myths"! The InStyler does
not need a lot of heat to straighten your hair! The InStyler's unique design allows you
to use a lot less heat than you have become accustomed to using, yet still achieve
better results than you would when using hair straighteners or another heated styling
tool. It is a completely new way of thinking about heat styling your hair – you do not
use to use an extreme amount of heat to achieve your desired results. If you really
feel like you need a little bit more heat, then the InStyler comes with two temperature
heat settings.
