Dear customer,
you have purchased a vacuum cleaner of dust class "H-asbestos". According to technical rule
TRGS 519 (§ 7.2, paragraph 7), equipment in this category must be serviced and, if required,
repaired by a company that has been approved and certified under the hazardous substances
ordinance. This is to be carried out as required, at least, however, once a year.
When required, please contact us directly in order to discuss the details of this particular
process:
 Following coordination with you, ASUP provides a fee-based pick up and drop off service with
own vehicles.
 If you drop off the equipment yourself, you need to ensure that the equipment will be packed
airtight.
 The device should preferably be delivered without suction products - fee-based disposal of the
suction products is of course possible.
 The serviced device is identified by a "serviced" stamp and will get a maintenance report with
test certificate.
 Repairs needed outside of this servicing time are subject to a fee. The customer will be
notified of this fee in the form of a cost estimate and the repairs will be carried out once he
confirms his agreement.
