Troubleshooting
This chapter lists some problems you might encounter while
using your phone. Some problems require you to call your service
provider, but most are easy to correct yourself.

or it is inserted

to confirm the new
code by entering it
again.

have entered do not

Possible Corrective
Measures
Make sure that the
SIM card is correctly
inserted.
Move towards a
window or into an
open area. Check
the network operator
coverage map.
See if the SIM card
is older than 6~12
month.
If so, change your SIM
at the office of your
network provider.
The default code is
[0000]. If you forget
the code, contact your
service provider.
