1. Remove the cartridge as described in Section 4.

Remove the white testing tip (7) as shown in the image (Fig. 3)
3. Insert the new tip into the cartridge.
4. Insert the cartridge back in its compartment.
5. Screw the cap (6) back on the compartment. (Fig. 2)

6.1 Setting up your account

To use your SURFOX™ Smart Passivation Tester, you will need to go onto the Smart SURFOX website
at smart.SURFOX.com.
The first step will be to create your new account:
Once your new account has been created, the next step will be to register your SURFOX™ Smart
Passivation Tester. Each tester has a unique ID which you need to link with your account, if you wish to
register and save your measurements.
