BREAK-IN OF THE PUMP
PUMP SHIPPED WITHOUT OIL.
Fill pump to correct mark and check often. SAE-30
non-detergent oil is recommended for general use.
1.
Check the level of oil in the pump with the sight glass. The
pump oil level must be between A and B (See Fig. 6). Do
not overfill or underfill.
Turn the pressure switch to the OFF position (see C).

Open the petcock (see F).
4.
Plug in the power cord.
5.
Turn the pressure switch to the AUTO position (see D).
The compressor will start. Allow the compressor to run for
30 minutes, to break in the internal parts.
NOTE: After about 30 minutes, if the unit does not operate
properly, SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY, and contact
Product Service.
6.
After about 30 minutes, turn the pressure switch to
the OFF position.
7.
Close the petcock (see E).
8.
Turn the pressure switch to the AUTO position. The
compressor will start and fill the tank to the kick-out
pressure and stop.
NOTE: As compressed air is used, the pressure switch will
restart the motor automatically.
RODAGE DE LA POMPE
POMPE EXPÉDIÉE SANS HUILE. Remplissez la
pompe jusqu'à la marque appropriée et vérifiez
fréquemment. Nous recommandons une huile non
détergente SAE-30 pour usage général.

Vérifiez le niveau d'huile de la pompe par le hublot. Le
niveau d'huile de la pompe doit se situer entre A et B (voir
Illust. 6). Évitez un remplissage excessif ou insuffisant.

Pointez le manostat en position fermée « OFF » (voir C).
3.
Ouvrez le bouchon de drainage (voir F).
4.
Branchez le câble d'alimentation.
5.
Pointez le manostat en position automatique «AUTO »
(voir D). Le compresseur se mettra en marche. Laissez le
compresseur fonctionner pendant 30 minutes, pour
permettre le rodage des pièces internes.
REMARQUE :
Si après 30 minutes l'appareil ne fonctionne
pas correctement, ARRÊTEZ-LE IMMÉDIATEMENT et
contactez le Service à la Clientèle.
6.
Après environ 30 minutes, placez le manostat en position
d'arrêt «OFF».
7.
Fermez le bochon de purge (voir E).
8.
Placez le manostat en position automatique «AUTO».
Tourner vers la droite. Le compresseur démarre et remplit
le réservoir jusqu'à la pression de fermeture, puis s'arrête.
REMARQUE :
À mesure que l'air comprimé est utilisé, le
manostat remet le moteur en marche automatiquement

BOMBA ENVIADA SIN ACEITE. Llene la bomba hasta
la marca apropiada y verifíquela frecuentemente.
Recomendamos un aceite no detergente SAE-30 para
uso general.

Verifique el nivel de aceite de la bomba a través del visor.
El nivel de aceite debe estar colocado entre A y B (vea Ilust. 6).
No lo llene demasiado o insuficientemente.
2.
Gire el interruptor de presión en posición cerrada "OFF"
(vea C).

Abra el tapón de drenaje (vea F)
4.
Enchufe el cable de alimentación
5.
Gire el interruptor de presión en posición automática
"AUTO" (vea D). Deje funcionar el compresor durante 30
minutos, para permitir el primer arranque de las piezas
internas.
NOTA: Después de 30 minutos aproximadamente, si la
unidad no funciona de manera correcta, apáguela de
inmediato y llame al servicio para el producto.

Después de 30 minutos aproximadamente, gire el
interruptor de presión en posición cerrada "OFF"
7.
Cierre el tapón de drenaje (vea E)
8.
Gire el interruptor de presión en posición automática
"AUTO". El compresor arranca y llena el tanque hasta la
presión de desconexión y se para.
NOTA: Mientras se utiliza el aire comprimido, el interruptor
de presión vuelve a arrancar el motor automáticamente.
