INSTALLATION
y Setting up the trolley : The mobile trolley must be installed on a flat and horizontal floor. The air flow orifices, necessary for refrigerated
trolleys, are located behind and under the trolley must not be obstructed. A minimum clearance of 50mm must be left behind the
trolley.
y Electrical connection : flexible conductors with a section of 1 or 2.5 mm2, 2 phases + ground, PVC insulation in a polyurethane sheath.
The units must be connected to a single-phase earthed 16 Amp female plug (13A for the UK), and will be connected under the control of
a high-sensitivity differential circuit breaker with protection against current overloads.
y Water supply : The trolley cannot be connected to any water system. The production of steam is carried out using a tank of water filled
beforehand by the user. The water used must be softened. Check for the presence of water in the tank at the rear of the trolley before
each use.
OPERATION
y This device is used to maintain the temperature hot and cold and cannot be used for heating, cooking or refrigeration.
y According to current regulations, the dishes placed in the trolley must be at a temperature between 0°C and 3°C for use a cold link or
greater than 63°C for use as a hot link.
y This device is certified by the EN631-2 standard which guarantees the compatibility of the latter with gastronorm containers that meet
the EN631-1 standard. This product is therefore designed to receive only gastronome containers in GN 1/1 and GN 2/1 format, with or
without lids, as well as ceramic plates arranged on stainless steel grilles. For use with plate lids, we recommend using BOURGEAT® plate
lids provided for this purpose.
y End of use: turn off the device with the 0/1 button. Do not unplug the loaded device directly with the power cord.
y Any particular use outside of the above framework, as well as any modification to the original design will result in releasing the liability of
the manufacturer, and will no longer allow the benefit of the right to use the NF Hygiène Alimentaire (Food Hygiene) label.
y The NF Hygiène Alimentaire label certifies conformity with referential NF 031, which can be accessed on www.marque-nf.com. Certified
characteristics: cleanability and thermal performance.
Certifying body: AFNOR CERTIFICATION - 11 avenue Francis de Pressense - 93571 St Denis La Plaine Cedex. www.marque-nf.com.
