Playback
Open the cassette deck with the ST/EJ button (see Figure 1).
Put a cassette into the deck with the open side of the cassette
facing down and the required cassette side facing the front (side 1
or A; side 2 or B).
Close the cassette deck.
Press the PLAY button.
Note: To stop the cassette, press the ST/EJ button (Stop/Eject).
Press this button again to open the cassette deck. Now
remove the cassette.
Recording
Note: As with all other cassette recorders, this device will only
record onto cassettes with intact delete-protection tabs.
Put the recording cassette into the cassette deck.
Press the PAUSE button.
Press the REC button.
The red REC light comes on (see Figure 1)
Release the PAUSE button to start the recording.
Note: The recording can be interrupted briefly by pressing the
PAUSE button. To stop the recording, press the ST/EJ
button.
Finding a particular place on the tape
Before recording or playback, press the RESET button to set the
COUNTER to 000 (see Figure 2).
Make a note of particular places on the tape by using the counter.
These positions can easily be found again by using fast forward
(F.FWD button) or rewind (REW button).
