WARRANTY
The product was studied and realized with the most modern production techniques. The screens
are guaranteed for a period of 5 years as regards the motors used for the single products and a
period of 2 years for building components.
The warranty for good functioning and envisaged service safety is bound to the correct and care-
ful application of the instructions contained in the manual. It is declined in case of: non compli-
ance with the instructions contained in the manual; non-authorized modifications performed to the
product; non authorized repairs; used of non original or non specific spare parts; improper use of
the product in question; interventions performed by non qualified staff; improper use or installa-
tion of products or alterations; alternation of seal to modify end stops, which can only be
performed by technicians or specialized staff. The parts that present normal wearing or wearing
due to particular climatic or environment conditions are not included in the warranty. The projec-
tion surface is not covered by warranty since subject to wearing.
The warranty is valid starting from the purchase date which must be proved by regular invoice or
receipt, or other document which is fiscally compulsory. Manufacturer's warranty covers dam-
ages and failures resulting form the normal use of products. The service foresees the free substi-
tution and/or repair of faulty parts as regards material, workmanships, and production; the deliv-
ery of the product at manufacturer's assistance centre will be at the client's expense, while the
return is covered by the manufacturer (only for Italy).
The warranty does not include product substitution.
The technical staff will intervene within the time frames allowed by organizational needs and in
any case, as soon as possible; eventual delays cannot determine claims for damage refund or
warranty extension. The screen sent for repairs will not be accepted without return authorization
(RMA) by manufacturer's staff and without suitable packaging. The manufacturer has the right to
check the existence of the conditions for warranty validity.
Goods damaged by shipping or alterations during handling are not covered by the warranty. It is
therefore requested to carefully check the goods upon pick-up.
