3.2 Installation

The JRGUTHERM 2T circulation controller can
be installed in any position. For revision pur-
poses, we recommend installing shut-off valves,
JRG Code 8339, before and after the circulation
controller. If there is any danger of the water
flowing through the circulation controller in
the wrong direction, this is to be avoided by
the installation of a suitable non-return valve.

3.3 Installation procedure

Note
Before installing the JRGUTHERM 2T
controller thoroughly flush all pipe lines.
Unpack the JRGUTHERM 2T.
Pull apart the insulation and take out the
circulation controller.
Note
After installation the packaging is used
as insulation.
Install the circulation controller in flow direction
(see arrow on the housing).
Adjust the settings of JRGUTHERM 2T controller
according to the project requirements.
For the required connections, remove insulation
material at the predefined breaking points and
assemble the insulation by putting it over the
JRGUTHERM 2T.
If necessary, secure the insulation with two
strips of solvent-free adhesive tape.
