POSIZIONAMENTO STELLA ACCIAIO (pagina 8)
Dopo aver tolto l'imballo dalla stufa-camino, prima di procedere al posizionamento nel luogo prescelto, eseguire lo smontaggio dei
particolari come indicato di seguito:
1-
Togliere dal vano focolare i particolari ivi contenuti
2-
Togliere il cappello in maiolica (A) posto sulla parte superiore della stufa
3-
Dopo aver svitato i 4 dadi (B), togliere le griglie in ghisa : laterali (C) e anteriori (D)
4-
Sollevare ed estrarre i fianchi in acciaio (E)
5-
Svitare le 6 viti (F) e levare gli zoccoli : laterali (G) e anteriori (H)
6-
Dopo aver posizionato la stufa nel posto previsto procedere come segue:
a) posizionare il deflettore superiore (I) come mostrato nella figura di sezione in basso a destra (anteriormente deve
appoggiare sulle 3 viti 6MA)
b) procedere al montaggio del focolare in refrattario seguendo la sequenza mostrata in figura in basso a sinistra
c) posizionare, quindi, il deflettore inferiore (L)

Rimontare gli zoccoli e fissarli con le relative 6 viti
8-
Rimontare i fianchi facendo attenzione che i supporti (O) siano correttamente inseriti negli appositi agganci anteriori (M) e
posteriori (N)
9-
Rimontare le griglie seguendo la numerazione segnata sui pezzi partendo dalla nr. 1 anteriore. Fissare infine i 4 dadi
10- Posizionare il cappello in maiolica nell'apposita sede
ATTENZIONE: Verificare la centratura dello scarico camino (P) rispetto al foro del cappello in maiolica. Eventualmente allentare le
griglie e spostarle dove richiesto.
1. POSITIONING THE STELLA STEEL (page 8)
After removing the packaging from the chimney stove, before positioning it in the specific place, perform the disassembly of the
parts as indicated here below:
1-
Remove from the hearth case the parts inside
2-
Remove the majolica cap (A) placed on the upper part of the stove
3-
After unscrewing the 4 nuts (B), remove the cast iron grates: on the sides (C) and on the front (D)
4-
Lift and extract the steel sides (E)
5-
Unscrew the 6 screws (F) and remove the sockets: on the sides (G) and on the front (H)
6-
After positioning the stove in its place, proceed as follows:
a)
position the upper deflector (I) as shown in the figure of the lower right section (frontally it must lay on the
3 screws 6MA)
b)
mount the hearth in refractory, following the sequence indicated on the left bottom
c)
then place the lower deflector (L)
7-
Mount again the sockets and fix them with the related 6 screws
8-
Mount again the sides paying attention that the supports (O) are correctly introduced into the suitable front (M) and rear (N)
hooks.
9-
Mount again the grates, following the numbering indicated on the parts, starting from front nr. 1. Then fix the 4 nuts.
10- Place the majolica cap into the suitable seat
CAUTION: Verify the centering of the chimney exhaust (P) compared to the hole in the majolica cap. If necessary, loosen the
grates and move them where required.
1. STELLUNG DES KAMINOFENS STELLA (Stahl) (seihte 8)
Nachdem Sie die Verpackung weggenommen haben, und früher der Stellung des Kaminofens, demontieren Sie die Teile wie folgt:
1. Nehmen Sie die Teile weg, die in dem Feuerraum befinden.
2. Nehmen Sie den Deckel auf Majolika weg (A), der in dem oberen Teil des Ofens steht.
3. Drehen Sie die 4 Schrauben aus (B), nehmen Sie die seitlichen (C) und vorderen (D) Roste aus Gusseisen weg.
4. Heben und ziehen Sie die stählernen Seiten aus (E).
5. Drehen Sie die 6 Schrauben (F) und ziehen Sie die seitlichen (G) und vorderen (H) Schamotte aus.
6. Stellen Sie den Ofen in dem bestimmten Platz und dann fortfahren Sie wie folgt:
a)
Stellen Sie den oberen Ablenker (I) wie gezeigt in der unteren rechten Abbildung, (In dem vorderen Teil muß er
auf die 3 Schrauben 6MA stützen).
b) Montieren Sie den Herd auf Schamotte wie gezeigt in der unteren linken Abbildung
c)
Stellen Sie den unteren Ablenker (L).
7. Montieren Sie die Schamotte und befestigen Sie die 6 Schrauben
8. Montieren Sie die stählernen Seiten, sodaß die Stützen (O) in den vorderen (M) und hinteren (N) Haken eingefügt werden.
9. Montieren Sie die Roste nach der Nummerierung der Teile, (ab dem vorderen Teil, Nummer 1) dann befestigen Sie die 4
Schrauben
10. Bringen den Deckel auf Majolika in dem Gehäuse an.
WARNUNG: Prüfen Sie die Zentrierung des Kaminauspuffrohrs (P) im Vergleich zu dem Loch des Deckels auf Majolika. Im Falle,
lösen und verschieben Sie die Roste.
